My Story
I was born in Naples to parents who were deeply in love with Greece, and from a young age I spent my summers there. Among all the places I visited, Antiparos became a place my heart would always call home.
I chose to become a chef to live between the Cyclades and Naples — a city with strong Greek roots. My experiences in different kitchens, from traditional settings to more exclusive environments, led me to create a cuisine that blends Neapolitan and Greek flavors.
My passion began in childhood, watching my Puglian grandmother in the kitchen, where her cooking was rich in influences and tradition. Today, I offer a Mediterranean cuisine that is simple, authentic, and designed to be shared.
After more than 30 years in the world of cuisine, events, and hospitality — including my experience as an Airbnb host — I continue to live and work guided by what I love.
